The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Dishwasher assists the Baker in the daily task of washing all dishes and keeping them clean to allow several batches of cake to be made daily. The Dishwasher is also responsible for maintaining a clean organized dish area, as well as helping out with other cleaning tasks throughout the bakery. The DishWaher embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to guest satisfaction as well as excellence and efficiency in the workplace.
Accountabilities/Duties:
- Maintains a clean workspace.
- Prioritizes workload according to schedule to ensure all dishes remain ready for the baker to use.
- Assists baker and baker assist in any tasks they need help with.
- Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notify manager of low product levels.
- Helps clean other areas around the bakery as needed.
- Cleans sanitizes and restocks the workstation and ensures all dish equipment is taken care of and in working order.
- Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.
- Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
- While no formal education or work experience is required, previous Dishwasher or support experience at a bakery, restaurant is a plus.
Work Availability:
Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
Compensation: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
A typical shift starts at 6am and can last until 3-4pm depending on holidays/business needs.
The dishwasher works alongside with the bakers and reflects their scheduling which means weekends off typically.
