- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work as an individual or as a team.
- Has knowledge of sanitation standards and basic restaurant dishwashing practices.
- Excellent communication with managers and staff.
Main job duties include:
- Overall BOH sanitation.
- Dish-pit sanitation and cleanliness.
- Assisting staff with clean dishes.
