Job Description:

We are a leading subcontractor for Dish, seeking experienced and customer-oriented Independent Contractors to join our team as Dish Satellite TV Installers. This position is perfect for those who excel in technical installations and have a passion for enhancing customers’ home entertainment and security through cutting-edge technology. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a vital role in our team, providing residential Dish TV installation services and offering additional smart home solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Dish Satellite TV systems, ensuring a high-quality signal and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct site surveys to determine the best positioning of the satellite dish and equipment for optimal signal reception.
• Provide customers with additional product solutions, including TV mounts, home security cameras, smart doorbells, and other smart home devices, enhancing their overall setup.
• Educate customers on the use and benefits of their new Dish TV service and additional smart home products, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of equipment, work orders, and customer interactions.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during installations and while driving to and from job sites.

Requirements:

• Independent contractor status (1099), responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and work-related expenses.
• Own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Must have your own tools, ladder, and a smartphone with a data plan for job communication and documentation.
• Experience in satellite dish installations, home theater setups, or smart home technology is highly preferred.
• Excellent technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and complete work orders within assigned deadlines.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer needs.
