Position Details:
Title: Disciplinarian
Placement (location): Eagle Point High School
Supervisor: Principal or designee
Contract Days: 185 days per year
Salary Range: $19.82 to $28.17 per hour, depending upon previous full-time experience in a similar position
Screening: To begin as soon as possible, open until filled.
Description:
The Disciplinarian will work directly with students, staff, and parents to mediate disputes, resolve behavior problems and recommend discipline according to school guidelines. This position works under the general supervision of a site administrator, enforcing school regulations and district policy. This position is needed to help maintain an orderly and safe campus.
General Expectations:
The ideal applicant will know the policies and practices of agencies serving youth, including schools, police, juvenile court, etc. They will also need to identify possible student involvement in drugs, gang activities, or other illegal or dangerous activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with youth and demonstrate the ability to supervise children.
