We are looking for a full–time Payroll and AP Specialist with excellent knowledge of ADP – Work Force Now. The ideal candidate will be able to step right into the position and process payroll for several remote locations in a timely manner. When not processing payroll this position will also perform A/P functions and accounting duties .

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Dallas, Texas

Pay: $65-75,000

Expected hours: 40 per week.

Ø Have a High School Diploma or GED

Ø College experience - AA degree or higher preferred

Ø Able to manage a remote team

Ø 4+ years payroll processing experience

Ø 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable

Ø ADP – WFN experience
