The Team Manager coordinates the quality of team production and participates in the decision-making process regarding team endeavors related to workflow and production. The Team Manager monitors the performance of team members to ensure compliance with established program standards, policies, and guidelines. Manages the team towards empowerment, high involvement, and success. Is responsible for the timely implementation of program policies and procedures within the team. Monitors the team's quality and takes appropriate actions to ensure quality goals are met. Coaches team members toward success by providing clear expectations and establishing work priorities, while maintaining clear authority and responsibility to assure that organizational/team function are accomplished.

Criminal record checks of prospective full- or part-time CDSS, Disability Determination Service Division (DDSD) personnel will be conducted. Applicants for this position will be required to submit fingerprints for Federal processing. Federal clearance is a condition of employment for this position.
