Job description

Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life
The future is what WE make it.
When you join Honeywell, you become a member of our global team of thinkers, innovators, dreamers and doers who make the things that make the future. That means changing the way we fly, fueling jets in an eco-friendly way, keeping buildings smart and safe and even making it possible to breathe on Mars. Working at Honeywell isn't just about developing cool things. That's why all of our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.
Are you ready to help us make the future?
At Honeywell Aerospace we want to enable growth by instilling, enabling, and empowering a "GM" mindset in the ~100 Offering Managers ("OM") we have across the company. Our OMs are responsible for the full lifecycle of anoffering, from validating customer needs to determining the business model and defining the solution requirements through end of life. They optimize the product/service portfolio, market position, organic growth, vertical outcome-based solutions, and financial return across the product lifecycle. This role is designed to elevate and formalize Offering Management as a function, improve our overall OM capabilities across the company, and drive incremental growth by enabling our OMs to deliver a robust pipeline of innovative offerings that directly meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

You will collaborate with business partners on developing needs-based segmentation, personas, leading to brand strategies, product roadmaps, and offerings. You will be the voice of design in strategic business and annual operating planning, as well as serve as the functional decision maker for HUE throughout project development.
You will use your design expertise and business acumen to deliver exceptional value to our leading global organization; through team leadership, workshops, reviews, presentations, and a hands-on pragmatic usage of time, technology, and resources.
The variety of our business applications will challenge your creative talents, and our global footprint will expose you to diverse cultures and developing markets.
