Title: Director, US Meida
Location: Dallas, TX (or relocatable to Dallas, TX)
The Media Director US will be responsible for the strategic planning, investment, and integration of paid, earned, and owned channels, including but not limited to Television, Online Video, Digital Display, Paid/Organic Social, eCommerce Media & Content, CRM, Website, SEO and SEM for our Cetaphil and Differin brands. This role will lead Galderma's internal Media Center of Excellence, managing 9 direct reports, and will report into the Head of Marketing for the Galderma Consumer Division. This role is a hybrid role that requires 3 days in our Dallas, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the media strategy for integrated marketing campaigns to support business goals, specifically own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution process of media across full funnel investments.
• Own the Galderma Planning Process, by leading the Integrated Agency Teams (IAT) to deliver holistic strategies and tactical plans across paid, owned, earned, and shared.
• Lead our external media agency relationship; you will help transform the way we work with our agency partners and build new integrated ways of working between our in-house and external agency media teams.
• Lead our JBP partnerships with key national media and ecommerce partners.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the brands' business and objectives and apply effective media solutions.
• Lead executional oversight, including budget management and optimizations across responsible channels with support from direct reports.
• Collaborate with Consumer Market Insights and IAT on development of Learning Agenda, and KPIs to measure and optimize integrated marketing campaigns.
• Lead, coach, and reward team of 9 media/digital professionals and 3 agencies (Media, eCommerce, Social agencies)
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, required.
• 10+ years of marketing experience, including experience on media planning or buying agency, client side/marketing with Consumer Media and HCP media
• Deep knowledge of all national media channels and how to achieve success within each: Linear, OTT, Social, Audio, Performance Social, Performance Display, Search, Email, Push, eCommerce.
• Ability to connect media strategy and execution to commercial objectives like growing revenue, increasing share of market, improving brand equity and salience.
• Previous management experience is required, including building, leading, and developing diverse teams.
• Proven success in working in a matrixed organization with strong collaboration and influence skills.
• Analytics expertise to optimize Integrated Marketing Plans. Experience across many analytic capabilities (MMM, MTA, etc.) to deliver ROI and sales.
• Beauty/Personal Care/Skin Care experience is a plus.
• Previous experience handling complexity and working with speed flexibility and agility, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
• Travel up to 10% domestically, e.g. meetings in NYC with agency partners
