About the Role:
Join QSR Magazine's Transformational Brand of the Year! We have an exciting opportunity to support our Transformation team as a Director, Transformation based in Shelton, CT. The Director, Transformation leads global supply chain improvements to reduce franchisee costs, increase franchisee profitability and ensure supple chain continuity. The Transformation team is the ideal place to effect change and help build sustainable processes for future success. This role is not intended to manage the day-to-day supply chain, but to drive the big ideas to improve productivity and supply chain performance across our complex teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drive cost savings and increase franchisee profitability in partnership with regional supply chain teams.
• Drive key initiatives and strategic projects across Supply Chain, including proactively identifying and removing roadblocks, driving program management and seeking opportunities for cost savings.
• Lead approach to identify and track ongoing productivity projects, in conjunction with supply chain management partners. Collaborate with internal and external department heads and project teams to identify and focus on continuous improvement opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change and transformation projects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead collaboration of global Subway and IPC Leadership to drive supply chain process improvements. Influence external supply team stakeholders' processes and policies to ensure there is a focus on continuous system-wide improvements.
• Manage Master Franchisee supply chain strategy and transitions from regional to localized supply.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management or related field and 10+ years related experience in supply chain, business management, logistics or business transformation.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain functions, including procurement, category management and/or logistics experience.
• Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different functions and levels of the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment.
• Ability to foster collaboration, work effectively on cross-functional teams and consistently deliver\ on-time while serving as a role model for Subway values and leadership attributes.
