Position: Healthcare / Health Services - Nurse Leadership

Full-Time Onsite Role with Paid Relocation

Our Award Winning Client, a nationally recognized healthcare leader, is currently seeking a dynamic professional for the position of Nurse Leader in the Healthcare industry. Join a team that has consistently received accolades for excellence in patient care and innovative healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate clinical and non-clinical activities within Perioperative Services, overseeing departments such as Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Outpatient Surgery, GI Lab, Sterile Processing, Cath Lab, Surgery, Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Donor Network.
• Provide overall managerial direction and 24-hour accountability, demonstrating effective planning, leadership, organization, and control skills to fulfill department goals and uphold the mission of the hospital.
• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer, contributing to the strategic vision and operational excellence of our healthcare organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

• Academic degree in nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree

Minimum Experience/Skills:

• 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position

Licenses/Certificates/Credentials:

• Current state Registered Nurse license
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified)
• Certification in the perioperative field strongly preferred

Additional Qualifications:

• Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability, hospital operational expertise, and the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the nursing discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
