Requirements:

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams at project launch to establish the overarching project plan, client goals, timeline needs, milestones, past project work, and business development opportunities.
  • Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project plans and strategies by identifying opportunities for better deliverable and cross-team integrations.
  • Create and maintain relevant project information that keeps project stakeholders informed and ensures a shared vision of success.
  • Collect and synthesize primary and secondary data to develop actionable insights.
  • Lead the development and presentation of research and strategy deliverables that are clear, relevant, engaging, and actionable.
  • Lead and manage the development of integrated brand, marketing, content, and paid media strategies for Tier 1 projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or graphic Design and/or any combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Six to eight years of experience in marketing, advertising, branding, digital, or media holding relevant positions like marketing manager, social media specialist, content marketer, etc.
  • Experience working within a marketing, branding and/or creative agency.
  • Experience in planning and executing cross-channel content strategies, including social, web and print; multi-channel brand narratives and content; multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to articulate and define basic paid media strategies and concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to Interact and collaborate with internal teams by identifying, acknowledging, and delivering action items. Ability to participate in client meetings by presenting to clients, listening to client needs and concerns, applying feedback to work, and demonstrating professionalism.
  • Remains informed of industry standards and best practices across paid, owned, and earned strategy areas.
  • Proven dedication to delivering projects and initiatives on internal/external deadlines and based on client expectations and agency standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines by independently prioritizing tasks and escalate deviations when appropriate.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with social media management software, social media metrics software, secondary research software, project management software, video conferencing and collaboration tools, and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to adapt and manage change. Ability to prioritize tasks and escalate deviations and changes when appropriate.
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.

Salary, Perks & Benefits:


  • Salary starts at $95,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
