SalaryThis role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our procurement processes and driving strategic initiatives to optimize our supplier relationships and procurement strategies.
How you will provide meaningful contributions:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of Procurement Operations, including sourcing, purchasing, contract management. Streamline processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and manage procurement forecasts and cost-saving initiatives. Identify opportunities for cost optimization through Strategic Sourcing, demand management, and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, operations, and technology teams, to align procurement strategies with business needs and objectives. Communicate effectively with senior leadership to provide regular updates on procurement performance and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on Strategic Sourcing, supplier relationship management, and Procurement Operations.
- Proven track record of driving cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency in procurement functions.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or financial technology industry dynamics, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-preforming teams.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with senior leaders and other business partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable procurement strategies.
- Experience with Tropic and Netsuite is a plus.
- Travel required: 0-10% #LI-HJ1

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range: $190,000 - $210,000
