Job Description
Through your passion and motivation, you will lead a team in selling memorable experience to guests. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests
What you will be doing:

• Implementing strategies and action plans to maximize revenue for the hotel
• Developing budgets, projections and implementing plans for each market segment
• Directing all advertising, public relations and promotional activities of the hotel
• Serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and advisor to the General Manager on business intelligence
• Participating in activities to maintain high visibility and promote a positive image of the hotel

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a luxury property
• Strong and outgoing personality and exceptional negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship, and time management skills
