We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic professional to join our team as the Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of our consumer products and drive our Quality Assurance and regulatory processes, procedures, and strategy.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Devise and implement robust Quality Assurance processes and procedures to ensure product safety and efficacy.
- Conduct periodic quality audits, meticulously monitoring compliance with advertisements & website and regulatory standards (FTC, FDA)..
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain stringent quality metrics.
- Stay at the forefront of industry regulations and updates related to consumer products and the supplement space.
- Spearhead the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to health authorities.
- Act as the liaison with regulatory agencies, addressing queries to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Innovate and implement robust quality control processes for raw materials and finished products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with third-party testing laboratories.
- Investigate and resolve deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints related to product quality.
We're Excited About Your:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Biology, Public Health, JD, etc)
- Proven track record in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs within the supplement or pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth understanding of FDA regulations and GMP requirements for supplements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
