As a champion of our integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategies at ADT, you play a critical role in forging a new era of digital integration. Your leadership is central to our mission of protecting our customers with innovative solutions and steadfast dedication.
The Director of Project Management, GTM, plays a pivotal leadership role within ADT, and will report directly to the Sr. Director of the Integrated GTM PMO. In this capacity, you will lead a skilled team of specialists dedicated to offering top-tier Project Management and strategic guidance across our comprehensive marketing organization and its cross-functional collaborators. Your vision will be instrumental in establishing and elevating the standards of excellence for our project managers, fostering the development of ADT's future talent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of our brand platform.
- Offering strategic support across the organization, ensuring marketing efforts align with brand values and customer expectations.
- Cultivating the PMO team, creating a talent pipeline capable of integrating strategy with execution.
- Managing large-scale initiatives like the rollout of our brand architecture, leading senior projects, and fostering a team of project managers.
- Overseeing relationships with agencies, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Executing the e-commerce and digital experience strategy in collaboration with the Digital Experience and PMO teams, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Coordinating with cross-functional partners to align marketing, e-commerce, and digital experience projects with organizational strategic priorities.
- Offering expertise in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management for e-commerce and digital initiatives.
- Cultivating a collaborative and communicative environment within the PMO team, promoting knowledge sharing.
- Directly managing a cadre of specialists across marketing, media, analytics, e-commerce, and digital experience projects, setting key milestones and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Leading with velocity to pioneer initiatives that transform our secure connections business.

Skills and Competencies:
A seasoned digital generalist with a proven track record in Agile methodologies, e-commerce optimization, and expertise in facilitating the work that you would expect a cutting edge brand to create. The ideal candidate will possess a holistic understanding of digital landscapes and demonstrate expertise in orchestrating multiple work streams across touchpoints.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Strategic Leadership: A track record of strategic initiative leadership with an emphasis on GTM strategies, including managing digital, eCommerce, and content creation workflows.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in current marketing technologies and Project Management tools.
- Resource Optimization: Demonstrated budget and resource allocation management.
- Project Management Excellence: Proven delivery of projects with precision, bolstered by relevant certifications or on-the-job training equivalency (Agile methodologies preferred).
- Collaborative Spirit: A history of cross-departmental synergy and effective stakeholder engagement.
- Change Agility: Experience in navigating and leading through organizational changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Asana or other Project Management tools.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
The salary range for this role is $134,400 to $201,600 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
