KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Product Management - SuccessFactors to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and configuration of solutions on the SuccessFactors platform, closely collaborating with Talent and Culture and implementation partners; deliver technology solutions that meet business requirements
- Manage the SuccessFactors platform and provide technical oversight; recommend solutions to the business that are grounded in best practices and align with business objectives
- Partner with SAP to ensure that solutions are reviewed for significant configuration issues prior to deployment; Collaborate with the vendor on the resolution of technical issues when necessary
- Manage a team of professionals and provide opportunities for continuous learning of SuccessFactors and integration technology; Share knowledge, mentor and provide guidance while modeling dedication to continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive agile delivery of SuccessFactors capabilities and set priorities for continual feature and project releases
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience with multiple modules of SuccessFactors (for example, Employee Central, Compensation, Onboarding and Recruiting, Performance Development)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; SuccessFactors certifications are preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with SuccessFactors and PeopleSoft deployments and operations, as well as a familiarity with different integration platforms
- Possess a quick learning agility and strong business acumen with the ability to connect cross-functionally; strong technical leadership skills by understanding what needs to be achieved and ensuring the solution satisfies the requirements
- Ability to understand customer challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas and develop effective resolutions, or escalate to higher management; understand trade-offs of decisions at the platform level; proven understanding of Agile development practices is preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead a customer service-oriented and teamwork-driven group; able to participate in tactical initiatives for the team, foster the development of high-performers and interface with all levels of the organization; English and Spanish language fluency strongly preferred
