Job Summary:
Director of Pricing will be responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategies aligning DISA's pricing decisions with its integrated portfolio and business strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring profitability & competitiveness of services that DISA & GHRR provide. The Director will also be responsible for implementing processes and procedures, standardizing pricing policy and ongoing maintenance of customer pricing and other demand generation initiatives. You will interact closely with other leaders across the organization (e.g., marketing, product, sales) and should have superior communication skills to shape and influence perspectives across the organization while leading change management and program management around pricing. Therefore, you should possess strong management skills and be able to concurrently manage multiple pricing workstreams.


Essential functions:

Provide key inputs and analyses into pricing strategy and tactics to hit long-term strategic objectives
Provide regular and ad hoc pricing & revenue analysis and reporting for management. Articulate results from analyses and prepare output reports for various stakeholders
Create insightful automated dashboards and data visualizations to track key metrics including ARPU, discounting, acquisition, churn, etc.
Co-own, define, review, and adapt pricing architecture including list prices, discounting guidelines, bundling strategies and review net price adjusters (volume, industry, geography etc.) periodically
Define, monitor and update reporting efforts, including continual improvement of pricing data, tools, and processes
Work closely with other functional teams to facilitate and track results of pricing tests/pilots and other pricing programs
Guide cross-functional teaming to address pricing and marketing issues, as well as new initiatives
Ensure E2E perspective on pricing and alignment with key stakeholders across sales, PM, Service, and others
Conduct competitive assessment & response, track patterns; define robust tools & templates to continuously monitor and report
Develop revenue management frameworks and model price optimization across price levers/initiatives
Track price increase effectiveness by comparing actual vs. theoretical price realization to understand true pricing effectiveness
Support senior leadership on large deals; conduct competitive intelligence, review discounting impact on overall discounting structure, etc.
Identify system improvement opportunities to Enterprise Data & Analytics and Sales systems based on findings during reporting and collaborate on improving the system
Leverage large, complex data sets to identify, quantify and influence key business metrics

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering pricing projects/revenue management
  • 3+ years of experience managing or leading teams, with experience managing multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Intensive pricing analytics experience e.g., experience with developing and implementing pricing strategies, experience building price optimzation models, experience with promotion pilots...
  • Proven experience analyzing data from a variety of sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting data in a clear and concise manner, and creating actionable insights
  • Proven track record of pushing analysis to actionable recommendations required
  • Cross-functional team leadership, influence, management, and alignment experience
  • Ability to prioritize and execute taks in a fast-moving environment and make sound decisions
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with discount management and sales enablement and communictions
  • Highly self-motivated and directed

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative field; MBA strongly preferred

Certifications and Licenses: None Required
