Director Patient Care Unit

HMH is in need of a Patient Care Unit Director
This is a full-time day position.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and management of outcomes organizationally and for the Patient Care Unit
• Coordinates collaborative interdisciplinary strategies and processes for ongoing compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborates with CNO to develop budgets for capital and operating budgets
• Provides safe practices in all aspects of Patient Care activities
• Keeps CNO updated on pertinent information

Qualifications

• RN licensed in State of Arkansas or Compact Licenses
• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
• BLS/ACLS required; PALS preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
• Minimum of 2 years management experience preferred
