Job Summary:
The Director of Technology Solutions will provide client-facing, technical guidance, and recommendations for eDiscovery applications. This role involves engaging directly with client teams on workflow recommendations, the use of Analytics and AI to enhance outcomes, comprehensive documentation, all while also mentoring internally on latest industry trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eDiscovery systems, pertinent regulatory rules, and will be confident in training and educating others in eDiscovery matters and/or technical applications.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Provide workflow guidance for eDiscovery applications, notably Relativity and Brainspace, by addressing complex technical issues and collaborating with System Administrators for effective problem resolution.
· Assess and foster relationships with industry partners.
· Coordinate marketing efforts and content to promote service offering to the industry (One-pagers, Social Media Posts)
· Design, and manage training for clients, and staff on eDiscovery system best practices.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including FAQs, Knowledge Base articles, troubleshooting guides, and SOPs.
· Mentor and provide training to junior staff, offering guidance and support for complex issues.
Lead client communication related to service offerings, industry trends, and company events.
Requirements:- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or eDiscovery.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, or equivalent additional experience in a related field.[CB1]
- Relativity Certified Admin (RCA), or equivalent experience.
Preferred Requirements:
- Relativity Certified Trainer
- Relativity Expert, or Relativity Master certification(s) or equivalent experience.
- An eDiscovery certification in Analytics for systems like Relativity, and/or Brainspace.
- Experience training legal or eDiscovery professionals on systems like Relativity, or Brainspace.
- Experience presenting at industry trade events on technical and/or eDiscovery topics.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer, at a desk.
