Your purpose as Director of Strategy is to craft bold, smart strategies born from a handful of relevant insights to create a narrative that is easy to understand and put into action.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign and Brand Strategy:
Strategy Presentations: Create impactful and actionable strategy presentations with a clear, compelling narrative. Ability to hone in on the most relevant insights and drive towards a simple and smart strategy in as few slides as necessary.
Connections Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive connections strategies by creating actionable customer journey maps. Ensure that customers engage with the brand effectively at every journey phase by aligning the right content with the appropriate channels at optimal times.
Client Relationship Management: Foster and expand relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities. Lead strategic discussions in client meetings and pitches, demonstrating Questus's unique value.
Campaign Leadership and Execution: Oversee strategy for multiple client accounts across various channels, ensuring campaigns are driven by insightful data and achieve maximum impact.
Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyze diverse data sets and present findings in an understandable format, using advanced visualization tools. Influence decisions across creative, media, channel, and content strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, contributing to strategic briefs and promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in strategy or planning at an agency, with a focus on omnichannel campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, capable of driving strategic thought leadership and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
- Proven expertise in consumer insights, positioning, brand personas, and activations.
- Deep understanding of various marketing channels (print, digital, OOH, social, broadcast) and how to align strategies with business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
