Providence Christian Academy is seeking to hire a full time Director ofSpiritual Life and Kingdom Unity for the 2024-2025 school year. Master’s degree and ministry experience preferred along with advanced knowledge of Scripture and evidence of Biblical Worldview. The Director will oversee Providence Christian Academy’s school climate and culture while leading the development and implementation of Spiritual Life, diversity, unity, and belonging initiatives. This position will collaborate with leadership, faculty and staff to foster an environment of unity in the areas of admissions, recruitment and retention of faculty, student experience, communications, pedagogy/curriculum, and spiritual formation. Must review and comply with PCA’s Statement of Faith.
