Summary:

The Director of Skin Medicinals will be responsible for initiating and managing Skin Medicinals operations. In addition, this role will also be responsible for the Business Development of other verticals as the business evolves. They will work closely with the management team to maintain and increase efficiency, quality, and customer service levels in the daily operation, as well as execute department goals.

This role will be responsible for managing the company vision and roadmap for our projects and understanding the customer’s user journeys that improve and differentiate the overall product experience. You’ll be facing our internal team to set timelines, check in for updates, and generally collaborate. The individual should have an innovative mind set, strong Operations background, and understanding of clinical/healthcare business.

Training Requirements:

The individual will need to satisfactorily exhibit leadership qualities, initiative, and focus on growth and innovation.

Education/Experience:

Required:

  • Have at least 5 years of Director level experience in operations.
  • Have earned a college degree from an accredited university.

Preferred:

  • BA/BS is preferred, but not required.
  • Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

They include the following (other duties may be assigned as needed):

  1. Train staff on all aspects of Skin Medicinals operations and develop a culture of constant focus on process improvement.
  2. Supervise and hold accountable all employees of Skin Medicinals to established SOPs. Establish SOPs for the manager and CSRs.
  3. Provide ongoing, continuous management oversight as a coach who is concerned with the growth and the development of employees.
  4. Ensure compliance with all Board of Pharmacy and Federal / DEA laws and regulations.
  5. Comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.
  6. Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered to all patients and customers.
  7. Design and implement services and processes that are responsive to patients’ needs and support exceptional customer service.
  8. Communicate openly and honestly on a regular basis with employees and supervisor to ensure all goals are being met.
  9. Assess new technologies, new products and added functionality that enhances user experience.
  10. Responsible for monitoring financial performance. This includes monitoring the daily/weekly/monthly prescription volumes and, billing, and collections, and other metrics as determined by senior leadership.
  11. Responsible for monitoring continued growth in volume. This is through introduction of new programs, sales to other facilities, and capturing of existing clients within the platform.
  12. Collaborates with the Human Resources team in managing employee relations issues such as progressive discipline, suggestions for improvement, and administering terminations as needed.
  13. Work with executive management to assess new technologies to create efficiencies and increase profitability.
  14. Responsible for key partnership interfaces:
    • Compounding partner engagement
    • Digital marketing responsibility
    • Interface with internal Tech team

Although this is a remote position it requires travel to different locations per our business needs. Minimal travel as needed.

Salary Range:

$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 depending on experience.
