Your Role:

As our Director of Sales, you'll be the driving force behind our sales strategy and execution. You'll play a pivotal role in propelling ShipperHQ to new heights by:

• Leading with Vision: Inspire and propel a dynamic team of Sales professionals towards exceeding individual and collective targets.

• Strategy and Execution: Craft and implement sales strategies that align with our ambitious revenue goals.

• Building Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customers and partners, fueling revenue growth.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product, marketing, and operations teams to synergize business growth.

• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize sales forecasting and pipeline management for accurate revenue predictions, leveraging data analytics to uncover growth and improvement opportunities.

• Sales Excellence: Establish robust sales processes, tools, and metrics to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and nurture sales talent, fostering a culture of high performance.

• Industry Presence: Represent ShipperHQ at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Who You Are:

• A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• 7+ years of Sales leadership experience with a stellar track record in team building and scaling.

• Proficient in HubSpot with 3+ years of hands-on experience.

• Background in bootstrapped companies, SaaS, and eCommerce, with a focus on high volume sales (SMB and Enterprise) is strongly preferred

• An inspiring leader with strong analytical skills and a knack for identifying market trends and opportunities.

• A collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Experienced in sales forecasting and pipeline management.

• We are only considering candidates within the Austin area as this is a full-time position working out of our Austin, TX office 2 days a week
