Our client, an identity verification technology company, is seeking an Director of Revenue Operations

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead revenue planning, goal-setting, and establishing an analytical framework and cadence. Key responsibilities include: ARR forecasting, pipeline analysis, total addressable market analysis, sales territory allocation, regular reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly), board slides, performance to quota, deal tracking, funnel growth, funnel velocity and close rates.
- Standing up forecasting function
- Enhance existing deal desk workflows, enabling the sales team with efficient processes and tools for pricing and generating/tracking quotes while also adhering to goals and parameters set by the Finance team. Also play a key role in scaling quote-to-cash process.
- Implement and manage a GTM technology stack that will support our current business and also scale as we grow. Own data quality and movement across all revenue related systems.
- Optimize/refine sales compensation plan on an annual basis in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and administer the plan including: calculating monthly sales commissions, preparing reporting for stakeholders and addressing inquiries/adjustments, administering payments in accordance with the company's established processes and policies, updating/maintaining sales compensation plan document templates and executing distribution.
- Serve as a reliable, thoughtful, and responsive partner to stakeholders across the company (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc.)
Profile/Background:
- 8+ years of experience in a revenue-driving role, with 4+ years of enterprise SaaS experience
- Experience owning a GTM tech stack as an admin, especially Salesforce, Salesloft, and Apollo.
- Startup Experience
- Fintech experience is a NICE TO HAVE
Salary Range: $190,000 - $230,000
