Position Overview:
As the Director of Repair Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our repair strategies. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our repair operations.
Qualified candidates would have at least three years experience in global aviation aftermarket Repair Management.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor the Repair Management team to ensure efficient and effective repair operations.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
2. Strategic Development:
Develop and implement strategies for cost-effective component repair and maintenance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve repair processes.
3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with the acquisition, sales, and business development teams to identify parts needing repair after purchase, source piece parts and find the right repair stations.
4. Quality Control and Certification:
Work with the Quality Manager to ensure repairs and stations meet or exceed aviation standards.
Oversee vetting processes to guarantee compliance with industry regulations.
5. Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture relationships with repair facilities and suppliers to enhance service capabilities and efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with repair partners.
