Job Overview:


Integrated Life Choices is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Recruiting to lead our recruitment efforts and strategies. This role involves overseeing the recruitment team, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, and playing a key role in shaping the organization's workforce to support our goals and values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational staffing needs.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve recruiting processes and tools for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Brand Ambassador: Enhance employer branding and promote Integrated Life Choices as an employer of choice.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a wide range of candidates are considered and hired.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors as necessary.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and tools are in place.

Requirements

 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
