Salary Description: From $106,683.20 a year
- Department: Imaging Administration
- Schedule: Full-Time, 8am - 5pm. Monday - Friday. After hours or weekends as needs arise
- Hospital: Ascension St. John
- Location: Tulsa, OK
Direct the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for clinical support services.
- Develop departmental goals, plans and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing.
- Prepare departmental budgets and ensure that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinate and direct internal/external audits as needed.
- Direct and evaluate all clinical activities, including care plan development, service level determination, and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Previous hospital radiology experience strongly preferred
- 8 years of previous Director level experience strongly preferred
