Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of QIDPs responsible for delivering services in our CILA, CDS, and HBS programs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services align with relevant regulations, agency policies, and industry best practices.
- Quality Assurance Monitoring: Oversee service provision and Quality Assurance activities to maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate services and ensure seamless care.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to QIDPs to foster their professional growth.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to service provision and client benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, etc.).
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, case coordination, QIDP, or a related supervisory role, preferably in a human services setting.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards governing services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- QIDP Certification (Preferred): While possession of a valid QIDP certification is strongly preferred, candidates without the credential will be considered. Esperanza will assist the right candidate in obtaining the QIDP certification if necessary.
