Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of QIDPs responsible for delivering services in our CILA, CDS, and HBS programs.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all services align with relevant regulations, agency policies, and industry best practices.
• Quality Assurance Monitoring: Oversee service provision and Quality Assurance activities to maintain compliance with regulations and policies.
• Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate services and ensure seamless care.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to QIDPs to foster their professional growth.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to service provision and client benefits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, etc.).
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, case coordination, QIDP, or a related supervisory role, preferably in a human services setting.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards governing services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• QIDP Certification (Preferred): While possession of a valid QIDP certification is strongly preferred, candidates without the credential will be considered. Esperanza will assist the right candidate in obtaining the QIDP certification if necessary.
