Are you ready to develop and execute revenue growth-driven initiatives?


As the Director of Publisher Sales at PX, you will lead our efforts to expand and diversify our network of Publisher partnerships. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new publishers who can supply leads and calls across various verticals.
Principal Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target potential publisher partners aligned with PX's business objectives.
  • Lead Generation: Spearheaded initiatives to proactively identify and engage prospective publishers through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective publisher organizations, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with publishers, ensuring terms are favorable and mutually beneficial for both parties.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Publisher Sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust pipeline of Publisher prospects, tracking activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects and market segments.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and market data to identify areas for optimization and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, to align sales strategies with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports, updates, and insights on sales activities, pipeline status, revenue projections, and market trends to senior management.
  • Ensuring success for new partner relationships: Develop and manage affiliate partnerships to maximize revenue, analyzing partner performance, suggesting improvements, and ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support. Collaborate with other departments to align partnership efforts and travel as needed for client meetings and events. Gain a deep understanding of PX’s solutions for customer marketing operations.

Base Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00, dependent on experience.


Education and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 5-10 years digital media experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of affiliate and publisher marketing or media planning experience in a leadership role.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales leadership, with a focus on acquiring strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in the digital marketing or lead generation industry, with a deep understanding of Publisher acquisition and affiliate marketing dynamics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and a results-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Travel as necessary to client sites and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving organizational change.
