Director Of Performance Improvement/Infection Control

Please note qualified applicants must be a Registered Nurse at minimum

• Serve as the Infection Control Nurse as well as the Employee Health Nurse.
• Collects and analyzes monthly Performance Improvement (PI) data
• Conducts monthly PI Committee meetings and works Department Heads in addressing PI issues.
• Reviews and submits to Chief Medical Officer the peer review for both IP and ED and addresses any areas requested by CMO.
• Assists with state regulatory surveys as requested.
• Serves as a member of the Nurse Leadership Team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must have successfully completed and graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse program and have completed clinical requirements. Minimum if 5 years of nursing experience is required. Previous nursing supervisory role is preferred. Previous PI experience is preferred. Must hold and maintain Registered Nurse license within the state of Georgia.
