Job Description

About the Opportunity

The Director People & Culture is a crucial function in our business. We strive to hire and retain exceptional talent and this role focuses on ensuring that all our team members have an equally exceptional employee journey and experience. The position will partner with leadership to provide solutions to employee-related matters, maintaining a balance between being a strategic business partner and employee champion. It will continuously challenge the status quo and develop initiatives that ensure Sparkloft remains an employer of choice while supporting our growth objectives.
