Job Summary and QualificationsThe Patient Safety Director is responsible for facilitating the transition from a retrospective, reactive model for risk management to a prospective, proactive loss prevention, medical/health care errors and other factors that contribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes. Initiates and oversees the development of a comprehensive patient Department Head Date Human Resources Date Administration Date My own job performance was discussed with me and this record shown to me. Employee Date Evaluated By Date safety improvement program inclusive of the analysis and trending of data. This position demonstrates a high degree of responsibility, accountability and autonomy.

- FL RN License
- If not already CPPS at time of hire, must obtain within 12 months of hire

They provide the same emergency treatment for adults and children. We are located in the city of Atlantis. We are near the coastal cities of Lake Worth and Boynton Beach.
