- Prior experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Authentic, diplomatic, and caring.
- Superior communication skills with a professional demeanor, clear voice articulation, and active listening.

- High EQ, moderate to high IQ.
- Prior experience in the healthcare field.
- CRM experience or other sales-focused database experience.
- High familiarity with using the internet, mobile, and social media resources to expand the message and reach the desired audience.
- Experience using Office 365, Teams, and other web/mobile collaboration tools.
- The PDD will interact with new patients who contact the practice to inquire about IVF or related services. They will become the patient guide through the introduction of fertility services and commit them to an office consultation/appointment with the physician.
- Build authentic relationships with the patient. After the initial consultation with the physician, the DPP will instruct, counsel, and schedule the patient for services that will meet their needs while explaining and keeping transparent all financial aspects of the procedures.
- The PDD will use text, telephone, and email to nurture leads who have entered the consultation process but were not ready to proceed with a procedure previously. They will encourage the leads to continue in the process and return for an appointment or treatment.
- The PDD will research, promote, and initiate contact with potential patients for fertility treatment via social media, direct contact, and other recognized or innovative means, etc.
- The PDD will help orient the lead generation team to provide the most suitable leads for our practice.
- Full-time position in the office to overlap the doctor’s schedule with new patients, a flexible schedule.
- Base pay commensurate with the PDD’ s skills, plus incentive pay for booking new patients.
