Director of Outlets Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in high-end restaurants and banquets
• 3+ years of experience in luxury or full-service hotel
• Experience with opening restaurants, room service, and team leadership
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to think outside the box for ideas, and solutions, and stay calm under pressure
