Director of Opioid Treatment Programs

Essential Duties
- Supervises program leadership to ensure integrity and safety of daily operations
- Actively promotes and ensures program and employee alignment with agency values and strategic priorities.
- Leads initiatives focused on rapid access and integration of care across programs and settings
- Promotes and educates the use of medications for opioid use disorders
- Assures compliance with regulatory expectations from multiple external bodies, including DEA and Joint Commission
- Informs annual program budget development, tracking and responding to performance throughout the year
- Partners with executive leadership to inform, plan, and implement program expansion
- Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration within teams

Preferred Degrees/Certifications:
(a) Five years of paid full-time experience in the field of substance use treatment, with at least one year in a paid administrative capacity; or
(b) A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of paid full-time experience in the field of alcohol and drug treatment, including experience in an OTP with at least one year in a paid administrative capacity; or
(c) A Master's degree in a relevant field and three years of paid full-time experience in the field of alcohol and drug treatment, including experience in an OTP with at least one year in a paid administrative capacity.
