Summary:
As a Director of Operations for Two Keys, you are a detail-oriented, hard-working, problem solver with an optimistic attitude, that can easily (and happily) wear many hats. You can uphold our company’s principles and values while adding to our unique culture. As a member of our Two Keys Team, you will broadly be responsible for providing property management services to a portfolio of over 300 homes.
You Will:
- Responsible for overseeing and routing internal and third-party maintenance resources to customers.
- Maintain Maintenance Board.
- Responsible for Eviction Management.
- Responsible for overseeing and routing room turn, inspection, and quality control resources to manage properties.
- Understand administrative processes and how those tasks impact the provision of property management services.
- Ensure that property management activities are properly documented and submitted for billing complete and timely.
- Control operational aspects in all areas of responsibility to include performance and effectiveness – including relevant KPI and Metrics performance.
- Manage relationships professionally and courteously with key business partners including internal and external stakeholders, and other operational affiliations.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure managed houses are up to PadSplit and Two Keys brand standards.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience handling full operations in property management
- 2+ years of experience of leadership.
- Able to identify and solve problems promptly and create solutions independently.
- Familiarity with a variety of best-in-class property management concepts, practices, and procedures is also desirable.
- Ability to effectively manage labor to productivity standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal.
- Six Sigma/lean experience preferably in a property management environment is a plus
