We collaborate with accredited non-public schools to help them leverage various revenue streams, including federal and state grant funding programs as well as innovative work-based learning initiatives.
Overview
As the Director of Operations, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of our services and programs. Your primary focus will be optimizing business processes, enhancing organizational efficiency, and driving consistent execution against tactical priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Data-Driven Program Delivery:
- Work closely with the executive team and business unit leaders to translate business strategy into operational plans that have clear timelines and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee progress against these operational plans and report on Key Performance Indicators.
Process Optimization:
- Ensure all key business processes are documented and actively managed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across all facets of the business.
- Apply data-driven methodologies to elevate service delivery, demonstrating measurable advancements over time.
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with the CFO and business unit leaders to develop and manage operational budgets.
- Establish and monitor financial performance metrics, ensuring a data-centric approach to achieving profitability goals.
Operational Performance Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to the executive team on key operational metrics and priorities, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
Organizational Compliance:
- Manage relationship with Registered Agent partner and respond to entity filing needs as they arise.
- Ensure all DAST entities have appropriate insurance coverage in place.
Qualifications: Proven experience in a leadership role within a relevant business context. Knowledge of private education, grant operations, and/or work-based learning programs is a plus.
Operational Expertise: Strong operational management skills with a history of optimizing processes and driving high performance and efficiency within teams.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management and budgeting in operational setting.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve operational excellence.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively up and down the organization as well as with clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
