Minute Women Home Care provides private home care services, with a focus on specialized dementia care, to seniors and their families. To support this growth, Minute Women is seeking an experienced leader to join the team and play a key role in driving the company's expansion while maintaining a high standard of care.
Position Summary:
As the Director of Operations, you will lead Minute Women Home Care through a period of significant growth and expansion. Reporting directly to the Owners, you will oversee all operational aspects of the agency, including personnel management, revenue growth strategies, budget management, program development, and stakeholder relations.
Your leadership will be crucial in achieving the company's ambitious growth targets while ensuring the delivery of compassionate and professional care to clients and their families. The ideal candidate will be motivated, innovative, and dedicated to building and leading a strong care team that upholds Minute Women's commitment to excellence in senior care.

Duties:
- Collaborate, develop and execute multi-year growth strategies to meet financial targets and increase market share.
- Manage operational efficiency and financial performance to achieve monthly budget goals through process improvement and analytics.
- Identify sales and marketing opportunities based on market conditions for short and long-term growth.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to track performance and ensure accountability.
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to fiscal and performance expectations.
- Share knowledge with stakeholders on effective practices and business opportunities.
- Manage annual budgets, providing regular reporting and analysis to meet company goals.
- Oversee efficient operations in payroll, accounts, billing, and collections.
- Support company presence through occasional networking.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and motivation to staff in alignment with company goals.
- Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and talent initiatives across the company.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and legal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience growing a small company or division within a large organization
- Process and procedure focused and execution
- Managed or lead a team a of four or more employees/team members
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record in executing projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership, managerial, and coaching abilities, with demonstrated success in communicating and collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) (Preferred)
Physical Demands:
- Driving to professional offices, hospitals, and other marketing contacts throughout the region
- Walking to, from, and within the office
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Able to speak and hear (or otherwise adequately communicate) with residents, residents’ families, staff, contracted providers of services, and the community in general.
- Exposure to inside and outside environmental conditions
- Physical ability to withstand hours of duty that may be long and irregular
