Director Of Membership - Salina Country Club

Founded in 1911, the Salina Country Club is a well established and growing Golf and Country Club in central Kansas. The SCC is currently seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader as its Director of Membership. This newly reconfigured role is an opportunity for a seasoned leader to

· Evolve the value proposition of SCC membership

· Ensuring continued benefits of SCC membership

· Tap into market trends

· Actively recruit new members

· Stay engaged with the Salina community

· Focus on member acquisition and existing member retention.

This role will focus on delivering brisk annual membership goals

· New member acquisition

· Member retention

· Collaborate with department heads to ensure continued member satisfaction in all departments

With an expertise in strategy and multi channel campaigns, the Director of Membership will engage and utilize:

· Direct Mail

· Email

· Organic and Paid Social Media,

· Website

· Customer Service

What we’re looking for:

· Proven ability to deliver annual revenue goals.

· Demonstrated ability to work across teams and organizations in a collaborative model.

· Strategic and innovative vision with demonstrated leadership skills and the proven ability to inspire and lead tangible and measurable improvements of key processes.

· Deep understanding of the principles of Membership as they relate to overall mission-driven organizational success.

· Demonstrated ability to develop long-range goals, formulate internal policies and procedures to manage membership campaigns, and implement plans and programs.

· Strong work ethic and dedication to our business culture.

Salary range: $19-$22/hour plus commission
