- Salary $180,000 - $225,000 DOE

- Design, plan, implement and oversee all learning and development curriculum related to MDS & PDPM within the organization.
- Ensure consistency in the delivery and application of training standards across the organization.
- Ensure that training programs are consistent with the organizations overall objectives and needs.
- Design, implement and oversee orientation programs for MDS nurses; evaluate and adjust program as necessary based on ongoing federal, state and RAI guidelines.
- Collaborate with management teams to assess ongoing and future training and development needs.
- Identify training needs and develop individual and group learning courses.
- Develop employees’ skills to improve quality of work, productivity and retention.
- Extensive knowledge of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) as utilized in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Extensive knowledge of MDS and PDPM in relationship to Quality Measures and the CMS Five-Star Quality Rating System
- Knowledge of workplace training, education and organizational development practices
- Knowledge of essential computer programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Zoom (or other webinar platform), etc.
- Ability to execute on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination and program management
- Demonstrated ability to manage change
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field of study or equivalent experience
- 7-10 years’ experience in skilled nursing with an emphasis on MDS management, auditing, training and development
