About the Role

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with SOC Prime’s business goals and enhance our market position in the cybersecurity industry.
• Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Manage all aspects of Marketing, from brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, and SEO.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and drive lead generation and conversion rates.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
• Plans and coordinates all events and conferences.
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing strategies and adjust plans as necessary to meet or exceed objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in cybersecurity, marketing techniques, and technologies to keep SOC Prime at the cutting edge.
• Collaborate with the People Management team to develop the strong company’s brand from the people side (external and internal).

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team.
• Strong analytical skills with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to see the big picture while also paying attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and platforms, including digital marketing, CRM, and analytics tools.
