POSITION: Director of Marketing

Circadian Health offers bundled heart & rhythm, respiratory, endocrinology and sleep health solutions to risk bearing entities. Our network of cardiologists, pulmonologists, endocrinologists and boarded sleep doctors provide on demand virtual care, from initial visit, to diagnosis, to prescribing and ongoing care. Our bundles include access to an array of in-home diagnostic testing and sleep aid products and ventilation equipment to help identify and treat emerging heart and respiratory diseases.
GENERAL SUMMARY
As the Director of Marketing at Circadian Health, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of Marketing strategies for our bundled virtual healthcare solutions. Your primary objective will be to elevate Circadian Health's brand and target key demographics, such as employers and healthcare payers. Using data-driven insights, you will guide marketing decisions and assess campaign efficacy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. This role calls for a seasoned marketing professional with a robust background in healthcare or related sectors, a proven history in virtual or telehealth environments, and adept leadership capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience in content authoring and graphic design, preferably within healthcare or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in devising and executing effective marketing strategies within virtual or telehealth settings.
- Proficient leadership abilities, including experience in managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Education
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Experience
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Physical Demands
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
- Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by brief periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, and extensive periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
- Required to sit and use their hands and fingers to handle or feel and manipulate keys on a keyboard.
- Additional skills may be required to perform additional task(s) specific to work location, department or line of business.
Working Conditions
- Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to elevate Circadian Health's brand within the virtual healthcare market.
- Drive marketing initiatives targeting key demographics, emphasizing our distinctive cardiopulmonary disease management approach to employers and healthcare payers.
- Utilize data analytics to inform marketing strategies and evaluate campaign performance effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize marketing efforts with company objectives, particularly in clinical, technology, and customer service domains.
- Innovate and implement digital marketing and communication strategies to engage target audiences effectively.
- Champion the creation of Marketing materials and digital content that authentically represent our values and services
- Attends and participates in departmental meetings. Attends seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence
- Ensures all department compliance guidelines are met
- Attends all meetings, in-services training, or continuing education as delegated by the supervisor
- Provides customer focused interactions
- Performs all duties necessary for the department as per department policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as delegated by the supervisor within the scope of practice and the responsibilities in the department
