What You Will Do:
L’Oreal Professionnel is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, highly motivated, and customer driven marketing expert to help drive best-in-class marketing programs for a new Beauty Tech launch in the US. This launch is a top growth priority for the division. The person in this role will direct all marketing and brand initiatives in line with established strategic corporate goals. They will have responsibility for achieving the annual budget plan as well as the growth of all brands in assigned categories.
Be the Beauty Tech champion for the brand. Create and execute of the strategic launch plan of Air light Pro to drive sales and growth
Partner & develop media plans and proposals, monitor and oversee campaign execution and recommend optimization to ensure that media campaign meets or exceeds benchmarks and goals.
Oversee and manage the marketing budget and P&L category.
Create strong collaborative relationship with the DMI and the multifunctional teams
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in beauty tools marketing preferred
Exceptional knowledge of professional beauty industry along with products and content that performs best is important. This includes understanding of metrics and performance measures for all distribution channels.
Exceptional attention to detail
Project management and planning skills
Ability to make quick decisions, problem solve and multi-task
Excellent written/oral communication skills
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas of the business enabling the successful achievement of initiatives across all brand categories.
Strong execution, leadership and consensus building/decision making skills.
Computer literacy on Windows, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to travel domestically or internationally periodically (max. 25%).
Ability to articulate clear business direction and strategies; to drive goals and objectives. Also, to liaise between different departments, participate in senior level management discussions and facilitate the creative process at all levels.
Exceptional financial acumen required including experience with budgeting and P&L management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related Business function strongly preferred. High school diploma required.

Salary Range: $140,100-$203,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
