This position is responsible for the administration, operation, and direct management of the Marketing Department to enhance the overall successful operations of the property.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The position is responsible to the General Manager for the successful performance of assigned duties and is responsible for the supervision and performance of the Marketing Department.

Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, the following:
- Personal computer/printer
- Copy/fax machine
- Phone
- 10-key calculator
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical demands associated with the position include, but not limited to, extensive standing, walking and occasional lifting.
Office Environment:
Casino environment exposed to various temperatures, smoke, dust and fumes, bright lights and excessive noise levels. May include boat and/or floating barge, high rise hotel and atrium. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND TRAINING
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years' experience in casino marketing; at least 2 years' experience as a marketing leader (Director).
- Multi-property experience is a plus.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS
Must have or be able to obtain a valid state Employee Gaming License, Alcohol Beverage Control Card, and a Responsible Vendor card. The ability to obtain and maintain any licenses, permits, insurance, or indemnifications necessary for the completion of duties and responsibilities associated with this position or for the protection of the Company's assets, employee or patrons.
