We're looking for a Director of Marketing to create a growth engine by driving brand awareness, demand generation and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in data-driven marketing for SaaS solutions through developing and executing content strategies, creating integrated multi-channel campaigns, building audience-specific awareness, supporting sales enablement activities, and managing vendors. We are not looking for candidates who simply want to manage, but instead someone who will embody servant-leadership and will roll-up sleeves to help us grow our business!
In this role you will...
- Develop & execute quarterly and yearly marketing plans including budget management and measuring and reporting results.
- Understand Meridian’s solutions and build engaging campaigns for Government and Corporate markets.
- Create content quickly to support campaign efforts for website, collateral, sales support and thought leadership opportunities.
- Work in partnership with the Sales teams to establish and achieve pipeline generation goals.
- Oversee the Meridian website, LinkedIn, and social media presence, ensuring to keep content fresh and compelling.
- Coordinate sales conference attendance and webinars.
- Track lead flow from campaign response through to pipeline generation and collaborate with Sales to improve conversion metrics.
- Be integral in helping to drive forward Meridian’s growth and continued success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Marketing experience for SaaS companies including demand and lead generation experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Government markets
- Technology experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills that inform actionable decisions
- Exceptional and concise written and communication skills
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
- Excellent negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, partners and customers
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of enterprise lead-management processes and marketing attribution approaches
- Knowledge of public-sector focused resellers, distributors, and systems integrators
- Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and self-starter attitude
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisions

The compensation for this position is $125,000 to $160,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and flexible paid time off.
