Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance & Sanitation to oversee and manage our organization's Maintenance and Sanitation operations. The Director of Maintenance & Sanitation will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and cleaning systems. This leadership role requires technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Maintenance
- Requests-reacts (7 days/week) to breakdowns/repairs needed.
- Planned Maintenance-work with Rob to decide what we should sub and what priorities are
- Visit all locations weekly, find issues and follow up on repairs
- Review invoices for all repairs. Find savings
- Hands on assistance, if needed
- Manage cleaning of all locations.
- Schedule staff for cleaning schedules
- Purchasing of all chemicals
- Follow up on all cleaning to ensure correct chemicals are used and procedures are being followed
- Pest Control
- Food Safety back up
- Other store support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a leadership role
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Solid understanding of Maintenance management principles and practices
- Experience in facilities management is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
