The Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and Administration manages MNS Ltd dba ABC Stores’ IT Infrastructure Operations and End User Support. They are responsible for key parts of IT organization and its role in supporting all of ABC Stores operations. The Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and Administration works closely with ABC CIO and ABC stakeholders including but not limited to Executive Committee, Operations, Buying Office, and Finance Department. This is an exempt FT position, includes supervisory duties, and requires flexible schedule availability, i.e. able to work any shift, day, and all holiday(s).Essential Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Remote work options are not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications•Recent experience with retail operations analysis•Familiar with organization change management processMinimum Requirements •College degree preferred•Five or more years’ experience in an information technology management role or similar•Proven knowledge of information technology infrastructure, systems, network, and applications management •Strong management, quantitative, and analytical skills•Able to use data analysis and forecasting techniques to develop action plans•Interpersonal skills and ability to build and improve trusting relationships •Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with peers, subordinates and executives•Able to effectively define and promote ideas •Must work well in a team setting
