This National Guard position is for a GS-1801-12 DIRECTOR OF INSPECTIONS (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T5867000 in SPMD 11F100 and is part of the MO 131st Bomb Wing.
APPOINTMENT FACTORS: This is a Permanent Title 5 Excepted Service position. This is a non-bargaining unit position.Qualifications:GS-12 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates your ability to interpret, develop, and implement Air Force inspection policy and long-range strategic plans; provide direction and oversight of internal and external inspections, audits, evaluations, reviews, exercises, and analyses to determine unit effectiveness and efficiency; and ensure operational, contingency, and mobilization plans adhere to policy and direct the effective use of wing resources.Education:This job does not have a qualification requirement that allows substitution of education for specialized experience.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
