ESFM, a sector of Compass Group, is a premier facility services provider, offering leading solutions for outsourced facilities management. The overall program of integrated facilities management includes Hard services such as technical facility systems - HVAC, Electrical, Elevator; and soft services such as cleaning/janitorial, mail, landscape & snow removal, security, concierge, waste and among many others. The specific responsibility of this role is for soft services, with expert experience in cleaning/janitorial services, cleaning methods, equipment, and innovation. Subject matter expertise in janitorial service is required.
Job Summary
Development of comprehensive and innovative facility management solutions and pricing/costing strategies to create a winning solution for client’s facility’s needs. Solutions will be focused on soft services including janitorial, regulated facility cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other soft services - Janitorial Subject Matter Expertise is required. The position coordinates with sales, senior management, solutions team, and operations for all bids/proposals. This position helps ensure proposals are properly scoped, identifies risks, develops cost estimate, and ensures proposal response matches requirements. The selected candidate should be confident creating and presenting content and participating in client facing presentations.
