- Oversee all PST Lifecycle initiatives at the regional level.
- Coordinate with the Chief People Officer, Regional Lead and Functional Leads to develop and implement strategic regional plans related to talent priorities annually.
- Drive key company-wide PST initiatives for the region such Development of HiPo Talent, DEI and Sponsorship, etc.
- Develop and disseminate the learning culture of Shawmut to the region.
- Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues and use performance management tools to ensure the best result for the region.
- Ensure the best people are hired by continuously monitoring the need for existing and new roles within the region.
- Develop and drive a world class onboarding process for every new hire.
- Continuously identify mobility opportunities for employees to ensure the most efficient operating model and best result.

- Foster a culture of safety on job sites and in Shawmut offices; be a safety role model and hold others accountable.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years as an HR Business Partner to an operational unit
- Bachelor’s Degree required or experience equivalent, SHRM preferred
- Thorough knowledge of senior leadership and region legal trends/risk.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills.
- Ability to create a culture of inclusion and belonging by acting with courage, humility and curiosity; desire to learn about others and self-reflect.
- Ability to build team relationships, stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions.
NYC Base Salary Range: $155,000 - $210,000The range stated is specific to New York City. Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
